Made in the USA By accepting these Terms & Conditions through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. Phantastic Innovations Inc. warrants the BraBall® against defects in material or workmanship as follows: 1. For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, if the BraBall® is determined to be defective, Phantastic Innovations Inc. will replace it at no charge. 2. To obtain warranty service, you must mail the original receipt with the Return Form section filled out and the BraBall® to the address below. If you've lost your original receipt, a printout of your emailed receipt along with a copy of the Return Form found at the link below, will suffice. This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the BraBall®. This warranty is valid only in the United States. Warranty Department If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, complete the Return Form on the bottom of your original receipt (or at the link below), and return it with the BraBall® to the address below. You must do this within 60 days of the date on your sales receipt. Return / Exchanges Phantastic Innovations Inc. We will not give out your phone number, email address or private information to other companies or individuals. Our patent number is 6,742,683, other patents pending. Our trademark registration number is 3096258. For your convenience, we offer three shipping methods: 5 Day Ground, 2 day, and Next day. Shipping times are approximate and only business days are included when quoting arrival dates. Items in your order are shipped as available. If any items on your order are backordered, it will not delay the shipping of the rest of your order, nor will it change your shipping and handling charges. We will ship the back-ordered items as soon as we receive them.
